DOUGLAS C. LEATHERBURY
Doug Leatherbury has been practicing law for over 30 years in Washington County, Indiana.
In the 1960s, Doug Leatherbury enrolled at Indiana University, where he majored in history and minored in government. After college, he worked as a 5th-grade teacher for a year before being accepted into Indiana University School of Law.
In 1968, Doug earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence, and to date, he has given legal counsel in over 7,000 cases.
He’s been elected Prosecutor and has held several community positions such as Public Defender, County Chairman, and Precinct Committeeman. Currently, he is the President of the Washington County Bar Association.

On June 1, 2021, Clarence started working as a Deputy Attorney General for Todd Rokita.
Before working at the Attorney General's Office, Clarence worked in the Litigation Department at Isaacs and Isaacs in Louisville, Kentucky. Clarence helped settle well over one million dollars in personal injury claims during his time at Isaacs and Isaacs. And in 2020, Clarence helped over thirty of his clients receive a personal injury settlement check.
In 2021, Clarence received his LLM in Corporate and Commercial law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Clarence received his JD from IU McKinney in 2015. In 2012, Clarence graduated from the IU Kelley School of Business-Indianapolis with a triple major in Management, Human Resources, and International Studies.
During law school, Clarence externed for the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Attorney General's Office, and the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
